Worst Hawks game experience in 20+ years

I've lived in Atlanta since 1996, and this was easily the worst experience I've ever had at an Atlanta Hawks game. The concession lines were unbelievable, and the low number of workers at the concession stands was to blame. I've never witnessed such inefficiency and lack of hustle on the behalf of employees. Many of the people in the insanely long lines ended up bailing after waiting for 10 or 15 minutes with little movement of the line. Then when I did get up to the front of the line, they were out of several items. And this was at halftime. I had to go to the lower level to get pretzels, which necessitated waiting in another long line. When I got to the front of the line, they were out of pretzels. At the pretzel stand. Early in the third quarter. Of a game that wasn't even sold out. I doubt I'll go back to another Hawks game until the arena gets renovated and changes are made, and this is coming from a longtime fan who usually attended between 5 and 10 games per season. It's just so much easier and less of a hassle to watch the games on TV from the comfort of my own home.
